The SCHULE FÜR SCHAUSPIEL HAMBURG (SfSH) is a state-approved and BAföG-supported acting school. Since 1992 we have committed ourselves with great enthusiasm to the training of young actors and actresses. A key element of our work is to provide you, as a prospective actor, with a large repertoire of technical skills. As a result, the school also works according to the principle of method diversity.
We are especially proud to be able to offer you a degree in stage and/or screen acting. This means that you can select between a stage degree, a screen acting degree or both - the choice is yours! Regular in-house and public performances, workshops with distinguished guest teachers such as Marie Bäumer, Benjamin Teske and Jens Roth as well as long-standing contacts with producers, directors and casting agencies round off our practice-oriented profile! Aybi Era
Aybi Era is the new police commissioner, Pinar Aslan, in the TV series, Notruf Hafenkante. Shooting started on 8 June. The new episodes will be shown on ZDF Germany in the fall.

Patrick Abozen
Patrick Abozen (graduate 2009) is currently performing in "Monsieur Claude and his Daughters" at the St. Pauli Theater in Hamburg. He gave an outstanding performance in "Ziemlich beste Freunde" at the Hamburger Kammerspiele. In the last few years he has been a regular face in the Cologne TATORT where he plays the role of an assistant detective. In March he became the new police commissioner in the TV series, GROßSTADTREVIER.

Niklas Osterloh
Niklas Osterloh (graduate 2009) joined the main cast of telenovela Gute Zeiten Schlechte Zeiten in December 2016. Before that he appeared in the TV series "Rote Rosen" and "In aller Freundschaft". In the Sky series "Das Boot" he plays the role of Klaus Brehm.

Neil Malik Abdullah
Neil Malik Abdullah (graduate 2005) was awarded the German Film Award in 2013 for "Kaddisch für einen Freund". In 2016 he filmed for the American drama series "Homeland", which was shot on location in Berlin. He is also a member of the cast of the RTL series "Magda macht das schon", which received the German Television Award 2018, as did the multi-part series "Brüder", in which he played a leading role. Currently he is filming the second season of the series "4blocks".

Antonia Michalsky
Antonia Michalsky has played the role of Saskia Huber in the RTL series "Unter Uns" since 2017. She has appeared in the lead role of "Hauptsache Gesund" in the Komödie Düsseldorf since May 2019.

Sara Luise Krutein & Thorben Müller
The students of the film class started their final semester with a film project lead by Benjamin Teske. The project was initiated by the board of the Friends of SfSH. The aim was to give the students a complete insight into the development of a scene: scene development and writing a script, rehearsals, shooting and finally postproduction. „The workshop with Benjamin Teske was an enriching experience both in front of and behind the camera.“
